Continental Europe is an established and expanding market for Miller Developments and one to which we're totally committed. We develop in joint venture with local partners and through this approach we have completed several projects in Portugal and Hungary. We are on site with new schemes in Denmark, Hungary and Portugal and have projects under development with partners in Spain, Germany and several other European countries. We will consider development opportunities in any European Union country in joint venture with a local partner.
