Miller Birch

Miller Birch is a JV established between Miller Developments and East Midlands developer Peter Gadsby in 2000.

The JV has an enviable track record for delivering complex large-scale projects primarily in office, retail and production/distribution development across the East Midlands.

Miller Birch has in excess of 2.5m sq ft (2.3m m²) of commercial space within its development programme, including @ccess 26, Chellaston Business Park, and ng².
