Omega Warrington Ltd
Date Formed: 2001
Partner: The Royal Bank of Scotland and English Partnerships
The partnership was created and selected to redevelop the former Bruntonwood Airbase. Omega is a £1 billion, 30 year regeneration project.

City Road Basin Limited
Date Formed: 2001
Partner: British Waterways
Created to develop various properties on 8.5 acres of land surrounding the Islington Canal basin.

Arena Central Developments LLP
Date Formed: 2003
Partner: Bridgehouse Capital
Established to bring forward the Arena Central mixed use project in Birmingham, one of the UK’s largest city centre developments.
Retail Parks Portugal
Date Formed: 1998
Partner: Sonae Sierra
Created to introduce the retail park concept to Portugal for the first time. Miller Developments' first European venture.

Barnsley Miller Partnership Ltd
Date Formed: 1997
Partner: Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council
A long term 50:50 JV which to date is responsible for for circa 500,000 sq ft (50,000m²) of projects.

Miller Birch
Date Formed: 2000
Partner: Peter Gadsby
A long term JV which has over 2.5m sq ft (2.3m m²) of commercial space in its current development programme.

Pacific Quay Developments Ltd
Date Formed: 1998
Partner: CTP and Grovesnor
An excellent example of our long term approach, the consortium was established in order to realise the regeneration ambition of Scottish Enterprise for a key site in Glasgow.

Edinburgh Quay Ltd
Date Formed: 2002
Partner: British Waterways
Established to transform the Lochrin Basin in Fountainbridge into a vibrant mixed-use scheme.

New Edinburgh Ltd
Date Formed: 1990
Partner: City of Edinburgh Council
A long term partnership which established Scotland’s premier business park of 120 acres.
