In the UK, Miller undertake most large scale town centre retail developments via Centros Miller, a subsidiary company owned in joint venture with Delancey.
Centros Miller has a current development programme with a total value of more than £650m, assisting in the regeneration of over 2,250,000sqft (210,000sqm) of space in town and city centres across the UK.
In Portugal we have completed two retail parks - Sintra (181,500sqft) and Coimbra (134,000sqft). Sites are secured for further retail parks at Setubal and Loures and a number of other opportunities in Portugal and Spain are being progressed.
In Hungary in joint venture with Raiffeisen, we started construction of Premier Outlet Center, Budapest in April 2004. PhI 143,536sqft (13,335 sq m) opened in November 2004. PhII 54,000sqft (5,000sqm) opened August 2006 and PhIII is planned to open late 2007.
