Working independently and with joint venture partners, Miller Developments retail portfolio includes a number of key regeneration projects.
12 unit retail park with 416 car parking spaces undertaken in conjunction with local partner Sonae Sierra
Opened in March 2008 and the second center to be rolled out under the ‘Premier Outlets Center’ banner. Developed with local partner TK Developments.
Redevelopment of the former Cattle Market site in Bury St Edmunds providing an anchor store, 35 retail shops, 62 residential units, a new public building and 850 parking spaces.

The first project to be rolled out under the ‘Premier Outlets Center’ banner with over 100 units and 2,000 car parking spaces. Undertaken with local partner Raiffeisen Ingatlan Rt.
Regeneration of the former Fremlin's brewery site in Maidstone to create a vibrant shopping destination, with a curved open shopping street and numerous pedestrian links from existing adjacent streets. A new public open space was also created.
Prestigeous mixed-use development in a prime location opposite Angel Underground comprising a stellar tenant line up, six restaurants and a nine screen cinema.
Acquisition of 47 department stores from CRS, part of the Co-operative Group. One of Miller Developments most successful deals to date.
Opened in 2003, with partner Sonae Sierra and situated midway between Lisbon and Porto, Coimbra Retail Park has a catchment of almost 175,000 people within a 20 minute drive time.
Miller Developments' debut on the international stage which saw the introduction of the retail park format to Portugal. Undertaken in joint venture with Sonae Sierra and opened in 2000 fully let.
